A: Unfortunately, PCIL has no control over the delivery of the books.  They are mailed by the national DPIL organization media rate, which means the postal service delivers them at their convenience.  If you ever don’t receive your book, the first place to check is with your local post office branch.

If you do not receive your book one month, please let us know in an email to, subject line: Missing Book.  Please include your Zip Code +4 or your address. We are trying to keep track of where books are not being delivered, so that we can reach out to those post offices on your behalf.

Q: Why does my account say “Pending”?

A: Online registrations and address changes have to be “approved” before they become active in the system.  We ensure that all pending registrations are approved before the following month’s book order is placed.
